This is roughly how i arranged the information for my guidebook in illustrator.

So, i decided to go for Japanese binding but still using the rice paper as i would still like the audience to have a difference experience while reading the book. Another reason i changed to Japanese binding book format is that i would like the ease the trouble of flipping the page while reading it. So that my target audience will enjoy the reading experience without worrying the page being accidentally tear off.
